FAQ – My Account

a) Where do I find my course once I have purchased it?

Hover your mouse over the ‘My Account’ tab on the main menu and click on ‘My Courses’ from the drop down menu.

 

b) Where do I find my video once I have purchased it?

Hover your mouse over the ‘My Account’ tab on the main menu and click on ‘My Videos’ from the drop down menu. Your purchased videos are accessible at the bottom of the page.

c) How do I reset my password?

On the Login page, click on “Lost your password?” and type in your username or email. Then click “Reset Password”. You will receive a link to create a new password via email.
